Understand My Way was created to help those in special education by raising
funds and awareness, and shall be used to purchase the necessary tools for
each student's needs.

Bridging the gap.
Understand My Way's fundamental purpose is to raise awareness and understanding of each student and their needs to achieve success in the academic setting. Raising funds for much needed tools, equipment and learning aids is just the beginning!
Understand My Way can help close the gap, between diagnosis and education through team work. Parents, Doctors and the classroom setting isn't enough! Giving children the tools for growth in their own way with their own personalized adaptive aids builds the confidence they need as well as letting them learn their own way!

Schools are not able to supply all needs because of funding and the distinction between medical diagnosis and learning disadvantages. This is a way to give the schools access to much needed help as well as, letting the child leave with the tools to grow and build integrity and strength in their journey.
